Established in 1999 by Mr. P.K. Thakur and Mr. Suman Kumar Poddar, both experienced mechanical engineers, the company initially focused on Heating, Ventilation, and Air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. This project is located in one of the fastest-growing economic hubs in North Bangalore with a well-developed social infrastructure that includes reputed schools, colleges, restaurants, malls, and hotels, making it a great place for urban living.

The builder was looking for a product that would be maintenance-free and which is easy and quick to install.
In addition, in terms of the safety function of the system for long years, the concern about future corrosion in pipes which can result in the failure of the system or blocking of the sprinkler head had to be addressed. The builder was looking for a system that can function properly over a long period of time without worrying about his clients residing in the homes built by them. The consultant has proposed the best alternative to MS/GI pipes and suggested the CPVC by also keeping in view the safety aspects.
Ashirvad Solution
Considering the requirement of the builder, the Ashirvad team worked along with the consultant and in-house team of the builder and proposed the BlazeMaster Fire Sprinkler System as the best solution for their requirement.
Ashirvad’s technical design team supported the project with drawings and BOQ calculations, hydraulic calculations for piping sizing, and sprinkler placements. The interior flow of pipes has been designed to save space.
